By creating an account or using the Recrops platform you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to represent and bind it.
Recrops is a SaaS platform for managing agricultural application operations: work orders, clients, equipment, products and field records. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time; significant changes will be communicated in advance.
Recrops is a technology provider. If you use the platform to serve your own clients or team, those third parties contract with you, not with Recrops; you are responsible for your commitments to them, including the consequences of losing access to the service due to non-payment or breach of these Terms.
Registration requires accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Current pricing is shown within the platform and may change with prior notice.
Payments are processed by established third-party payment providers; Recrops never stores your card numbers. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) depend on your jurisdiction and may be added where legally required.
If a renewal payment fails or is not completed, access to your account is automatically suspended until payment is brought up to date. Suspension does not delete your information: your data remains stored and you can regain access by paying, or request an export, within 90 days of suspension. After that period the account is treated as cancelled and data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account and will retain access through the last day of the paid period. No refunds are issued for billing periods already in progress.
You agree to use the platform solely for its intended purposes. The following are prohibited:
The operational data you enter into the platform belongs to you. You grant Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the contracted service. You may export your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Content intended for the shared catalog. Product images you upload serve an additional purpose: after review by our staff, they may be added to the shared catalog and become visible to other companies using the platform in the same country. Regarding these images, you grant Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable license to reproduce, adapt (crop, compress, adjust format), publish and distribute them to other companies using the platform, within the platform and in materials describing it. This license is non-exclusive: you keep all your rights and may keep using your images freely. It remains in effect after you cancel your account, with respect to images already added to the shared catalog, because other companies rely on them. It does not create any right to compensation or attribution. Until an image is approved, it is only visible in your own company's catalog.
The software, brand, design and all content of Recrops are the exclusive property of Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use; no other rights are transferred.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, improvement proposals or any other feedback about the service, you grant Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, modify and incorporate it into the service, without restriction, compensation or obligation of attribution. Any feature developed from such feedback is the exclusive property of Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL. This does not affect the operational data described in Section 7, which remains yours.
By uploading an image you declare and warrant that: (a) you took it yourself or have authorization from its author; (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the license in Section 7; (c) it does not infringe the copyright, trademarks or other rights of third parties; and (d) it does not include personal data of third parties without their consent. Do not upload images downloaded from the internet, from manufacturer catalogs or from third-party websites.
If you believe content published on the platform infringes your rights, write to [email protected] identifying the content, the right invoked, and your standing as the rights holder or their representative. We will review the claim and remove the content from the shared catalog where appropriate. We may remove or stop displaying any content, without prior notice, when there are indications that it infringes third-party rights or breaches these Terms.
We aim to maintain 99% monthly uptime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever possible.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties. Recrops is a management tool and does not provide agronomic advice: operational and agronomic decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for loss of data or profits. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inversiones Rafael Bello IRB EIRL from third-party claims — including claims by your own clients or end users — arising from misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, content you uploaded (including intellectual property claims), or service interruptions caused by your non-payment or breach, covering reasonable costs of legal defense.
We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment (as described in Section 4) or for violations of these Terms, including the acceptable-use rules in Section 6. Where reasonably possible we will notify you at or before suspension. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
